This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules that all users of the Faith-Links platform and services (the "Services") must follow. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Faith-Links may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1.Permitted Use
The Services are provided to support churches and ministries in managing their operations, members, events, communications, and finances. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, legitimate ministry and administrative purposes consistent with these Terms and your organization's policies.

You must not use the Services to store sensitive health or biometric data of children beyond what is necessary for safe check-in and permitted by law.
6.Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, managing user access within your organization, and promptly reporting any suspected unauthorized access or security incident to Faith-Links. Administrators must assign appropriate roles and privileges and review them regularly.

We may take immediate action without prior notice where we believe a violation poses a risk to the Services, other users, or any person.
